This form is to be used after you have met up and you wish to rent a room in Chester, viewed one or more of our rooms in Chester and wish to apply for one of our houseshares in Chester. To rent a room to you the process does involve a good dialogue between you the tenant and me the Landlord as it is very important that your tenancy agreement is legal and you can rent a room in Chester knowing we meet all the necessary housing regulations in Chester.
